She has helped more than 500 companies—from startups to Fortune 100s—build scalable, audit-ready programs that meet FDA, USDA, FSMA, and MoCRA requirements. Known for her ability to embed a lasting culture of quality within organizations, Adrienne combines deep technical expertise in HACCP, GFSI, and GMPs with practical, results-driven strategies that protect consumer trust and brand integrity.
Her career includes leadership roles such as Director of Product Development, Director of Quality, Director of Operations, and Executive and R&D Chef within wholesale and food service manufacturing. Adrienne’s diverse experience in system integration, facility openings, and compliance management provides her with a rare perspective that bridges operational execution with regulatory excellence.

With a background in accounting and technology, Carlos specializes in data-driven solutions, integrating traceability, trend analysis, and real-time data collection to optimize production and quality management. His strategic approach ensures that certification is not just a requirement but a tool for improving efficiency and long-term sustainability.

VP of Client Success
FSQA / SQF / HACCP / Juice HACCP / PCQIStephanie is an experienced consulting professional who has been with ASC since 2019. She holds a Master’s degree in Dairy Products Technology and brings over ten years of success initiating and managing quality programs across the food and beverage industry.
Her expertise includes building and training quality assurance teams, overseeing client efficiency, and implementing GFSI protocols. Stephanie is a certified internal auditor and began her career working in high-risk USDA-regulated categories such as ice cream, cheese, and other dairy products.
She has a strong command of sanitary design, sanitation validation, lean manufacturing, and regulatory frameworks for GMP and GFSI, particularly for international imports and supplier compliance.

Operations Manager
Audrey joined ASC in 2024, bringing a diverse background in biology, office management, IT, HR, and operations management. As Operations Manager, she ensures seamless daily operations, manages internal documentation, and oversees report and contract writing, playing a vital role in supporting ASC’s mission to provide innovative solutions in food and beverage manufacturing. FSQA / SQF / HACCP / Juice HACCP / PCQIKristina brings over 11 years of expertise in Food Safety, Microbiology, and Environmental industries. A graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, she has been a key member of the ASC team since 2012.
As a Quality Assurance and Food Safety Field Specialist, Kristina plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence for clients. She also serves as an Internal Auditor, Trainer, and Documentarian, leveraging her deep industry knowledge to strengthen food safety programs, conduct comprehensive audits, and develop essential documentation. Her leadership and hands-on expertise make her an invaluable asset in guiding clients through the complexities of quality assurance and regulatory standards.

With a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Administration, she supports ASC through documentation development, tool building, lab trend reporting, and supplier verification. She also specializes in managing client certifications, guiding them through the process of obtaining and renewing product approvals with efficiency and precision. Amy’s expertise and attention to detail make her a vital force in ASC’s commitment to quality, compliance, and client success.

HACCP/PCQIElisa is a dedicated Food Safety professional with a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology. She joined ASC in 2025 with over four years of experience in both the food industry and academic research. Her expertise encompasses food safety research, food microbiology, and the development and implementation of comprehensive food safety plans. Elisa is also highly experienced in delivering specialized training in HACCP, Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI), and Produce Safety. As a Field QA Specialist, she brings a science-driven, practical approach to helping businesses meet regulatory requirements, strengthen food safety systems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

She has served as a Food Safety Consultant, Retail Food Safety Auditor, and as a Public Health Investigator. Helen has been with ASC Consultants since 2024, where these experiences have equipped her with the skills to identify risks, ensure compliance, and provide actionable solutions. Today, she leverages this expertise to support businesses in maintaining high standards of safety, fostering trust, and promoting public health.

Nathaly has worked in food science for nearly 8 years in roles such as Research & Development and Quality Assurance Management in the food & beverage and nutraceutical industries. Nathaly led the establishment and oversight of two manufacturing facilities and one distribution center while developing and training a quality assurance team.
